“Dr. Valerie Baker has totally changed my life. I was suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, fear and I couldn’t understand why I was feeling that way since I had so much to be thankful for. I have a wonderful supportive husband, 2 beautiful daughters and 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters, and a comfortable home. “When my husband decided divorce was the answer for him, I was left to accept his decision and felt anger, resentment, sadness and failure. I embarked on my quest for healing and am very glad I did. At each session I opened up more and learned about myself. As I was guided though a 3 minute breathing exercise, I actually felt relaxed and more clear minded. I practiced this at home, even if only for a minute, and felt calm instead of stressed out. I also found this helpful to relax before going to sleep. I felt a change! This was working for me.
